All three services, and the type of customer they match best are explained below:

Total Support - A complete solution offering unlimited support,  fixed-cost IT for the whole, or just part of your organisation. Ideal if you need guaranteed help for business critical equipment. Remote Support - Ad-hoc support without the call out! Fixes most software problems. Viruses, configuration, spyware, updates, installations, word & excel queries etc. Ad-Hoc Support - Our classic support model for customers that need support when something breaks, or help with an upgrade or installation. Also used for faults we cannot solve remotely.
